With all due respect to Rabbi Steinberg, the OU does supervise Pesach programs. The OU has supervised the Pesach Program at the Pearlstone Center for years. I know this, because my family attended this program the last two years before Covid and b”h plan on attending next year. While Pearlstone is not a hotel per se (it‘s a conference and retreat center and an agency of The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore) the OU supervises their dining facilities year round as well as Pesach.
