I've been in a 12-Step Program for 20 years. There are quite a few other frum Jews in the Rooms. I have several times heard from other frum Jews, frum from birth, that they, and I, learned spirituality and got a connection to Hashem in the Rooms.

The host quoted a pasuk מצוות אנשים מלומדה from ישעיה which is an old problem. Another symptom of the malady that leads to emptiness as well as meaninglessness in Yiddishkeit is תופסי התורה לא ידעוני. Rav Weinberger has been at the forefront fighting this illness, but it will take an army.
